Model 2 is a unique design of Littauer scissors. Model 2 has asymmetric handles allowing better grip when picking up from the surface or tray. The handles are designed to stay above the surface the scissors are laid on, so even with gloves and fluid the grip is easy. The Model 2 single use scissors has a wider blade allowing better strength and leverage.

This model of long single use scissors is used for gynecology, IUD and various other medical procedures. The long scissors offer easy access and cutting when length is needed. The long Scissors are designed the same as short scissors but with long handle (220mm, 8½” long).

The tenaculum is an instrument used mainly in gynecology and sometime in surgery and wound care. The single use tenaculum is a forceps type instruments, with two sharp curved edges on each arm of the forceps. The single use tenaculum is made of light weight plastic with high precision – allowing the doctor to use same as a reusable Pozzi forceps and even better for the patient – the instrument is not cold!. Furthermore, the single use tenaculum has a special locking to ease the use.
