The Bouffant Cap Making Machine is designed for the efficient production of non-woven and plastic caps, commonly utilized in industries such as hospitality, food service, and healthcare. This automatic machine facilitates a seamless production process characterized by automatic feeding, material folding, ultrasonic welding, and precise cutting, achieving a production speed of 120-200 caps per minute. Operating at a voltage of 220V and power consumption of 5kW, it incorporates three ultrasonic devices for effective sealing. The machine`s dimensions are 3900mm in length, 900mm in width, and 1450mm in height, with a net weight of 1055 kilograms. It is configured to produce bouffant caps standardly sized at 19 inches, with customization available for other sizes. The machinery supports HDPE film and non-woven fabric materials, offering versatility for various production needs.
