Based on transmission standards (IEEE 802.3), single-pair Ethernet (also called SPE or 1000Base-T1) is integrated into new generations of automobiles. 1000Base-T1 is designed to operate over a single twisted-pair copper cable supporting an effective  data rate of 1 Gbit/sec in each direction simultaneously. LEMO provides two types of insulators 0B.511(2 contacts)  and 1B.512 (4 contacts + screen) compatible with Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) and Shielded Twisted Pair (STP), the new product is also available in a watertight version in the T series connector. The connectors are for the automotive and industrial data transfer. The role of SPE is also to gain space and weight (with a more simple cable) also in other markets such as machine, robots and rail technology.

The Anglissimo plug is an eight in-one plug that can be adapted by the user to all space constraints. Thanks to our technology, you can choose by yourself the best cable outlet need for your application even after the soldering process. This new elbow connector design allows to adjust and position the connector in an efficient way in order to prevent cable snaging. Each connector can be orientated during its assembly and enables 8 positions. The connector then remains securely positioned in its orientation.

The LEMO B Series offers a modular, ergonomic, rugged and reliable circular multipole connector for applications needing quick and secure Push-Pull latching. Making it an ideal choice for test and measurement, instrumentation, medical devices, research and audio/video applications. The modular insert configurations include a wide range of high-density multi-pole or hybrid electrical contacts. Contacts can be of solder type, crimp, PCB straight or PCB elbow, fiber, coaxial, thermocouple, pneumatic, fluidic or even high voltage type of contact. The LEMO B-Series ranges from 00 to 5B size, and features the LEMO "chocolate design" pattern. LEMO’s keying system allows for a higher contact density while preventing mismating. These high quality LEMO connectors are UL listed and cable assembly can be provided.

The REDEL SP connectors are plastic Push-Pull connectors offering an ergonomic grip and a variety of colours enhancing usability. The latch sleeve is recessed into the connectors body ensuring greater shock resistance. The outer shell in proprietary sulfone PPSU material (FDA approved) enables extensive sterilisation cycles and high chemical resistance. The use of a rectangular insert conveniently provides a larger area for higher contact density. Contact configurations are available in solder, crimp and print options. The complete connector can be easily assembled from spare parts (even the contact configuration) offering good flexibility in stock keeping. These circular plastic connectors are especially adapted for applications such as medical instrument devices, automotive and test & measurement. This product is ideally suited to be paired with Northwire’s robust USP Class VI silicone cable alternative, BioCompatic cable.

This product range has been specifically designed for RF coaxial communications with frequencies up to 10 Ghz. The design offers 50 Ohm controlled impedance contact and VSWR below 1.25 @10Ghz. The contacts are gold plated and the inserts made of PTFE material. Additional adaptors to SMA connectors complete the range.
