SeedEZ is a three-dimensional cell culture scaffold made of randomly oriented, inert glass microfibers. The diameter of microfibers is carefully optimized for long-term cell growth and repeat-dose drug testing. The microfibers are arranged in such a way that creates tiny pores for nutrients, gases, and metabolites to pass through the scaffold allowing normal cell functions.
