LightDeck Diagnostics, the company leveraging planar waveguide technology to deliver lab-quality diagnostics in minutes, has been named to Fast Company’s prestigious annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2022.

LightDeck Diagnostics, the company leveraging planar waveguide technology to deliver lab-quality diagnostics in minutes, today received a $2M contract from HJF, as funded by the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) and the Department of Defense (DoD).

Traggis started working with LightDeck Diagnostics founder Chris Myatt at a previous endeavor, Precision Photonics, a Boulder-based manufacturer of laser optics, in the early 2000s.

Originally named MBio Diagnostics, LightDeck began as a “skunkworks effort” inside Precision.
