Foundry Services

We perform destructive and non-destructive testprocedures to ensure the high quality demanded by our customers. Cast products built in our own manufacturing hall have a delivery weight of 0.1 kg to 10 tons per item. Single pieces and small series of special castings are manufactured using waterglass/ester systems.

Laser Welding Services

This precise welding process is applied on the finished materials, where very small defects can occur on the workpieces. Due to the concentrated energy on a very small part, the environment of the fault is not heated and therefore there are no deformations and dimensional deviations.

Solidification Simulation Services

Our customers are offered computer aided simulations of casting processes. They enable the detection of possible weak spots before developing a cast. Solidification simulation is a very reasonable and economic addition to the inevitable field tests.

Heat Treatment Services

Annealing of steel is called heat-treated when it is heated at the appropriate speed of the material and then held at a suitable temperature in the austenitic range. With proper cooling after holding at temperature, we want to achieve state of microstructure as balanced as possible. The purpose of annealing is to improve dimensional stability, machinability, working, achieve mechanical properties and reduce hardness. Quenching is a type of heat treatment where the steel is heated in the austenite area. Then follows accordingly to steel grade rapid cooling in various hardening agents. The most used agents are water, oil, salt bath and air. This increases the hardness, making the steel more brittle and less tough. Temperature differences occur between the surface and the inside of material, which increase with the higher cooling rate.
