Intramedullary Nails

MAKALU - Expert Femur Nailing System

MAKALU™ Expert Femur Nailing System permits an intramedullary approach for the fixation of fractures of the proximal and shaft femur. It is an optimized anatomical design for improved clinical outcome. The system provides two proximal locking options: Standard locking and Reconstruction locking. The aiming device provides an accurate and fast proximal and distal locking.

HIMALAYA - Expert Tibia Nailing System

HIMALAYA Expert Tibia Nailing System offers multiple locking options allow use of one nail system for many tibia fracture patterns. Three unique and innovative locking options, in combination with cancellous bone locking screws, increase the stability of the proximal fragment for proximal fractures. Distal oblique locking option to prevent soft tissue damage and increase stability of the distal fragment. Its universal design can be used for right or left tibias.

ROCKY - Tibia Nailing System

ROCKY Tibia Nailing System is suitable for all fractures extending from 7-8 cm distal to the tibial plateau, to within 5.5 cm of the distal articular surface, provided that the epiphyses are closed. ROCKY™ is a set of intramedullary nails which offers several advantages over existing systems. A major advantage of the system is the ability to insert both proximal and distal locking screws accurately and quickly without the use of X-rays, using an external mechanical targeting device.

ELORA - Universal Tibia Nail

The ELORA™ Universal Tibia Nail is suitable for all fractures extending from 7-8 cm distal to the tibial plateau, to within 5.5 cm of the distal articular surface, provided that the epiphyses are closed. The ELORA™ Universal Tibia Nail allow two standard locking configurations (static transverse and dynamic transverse locking) for fixation of the tibia shaft fracture.

ANDES - Femur Nailing System

ANDES Femur Nailing System is best suited to fractures in the diaphyseal region, but where necessary, can be used for fractures situated in the region extending from just below the intact lesser trochanter to just above the supracondylar region. The procedure is applicable to any fracture within these boundaries, whatever the degree of comminution. ANDES is a set of intramedullary nails which offers several advantages over existing systems. A major advantage of the system is the ability to insert both proximal and distal locking screws accurately and quickly without the use of X-rays, using an external mechanical targeting device.
