Each kit contains camelid single-domain antibodies (sdABs) that are conjugated to FAST sequences, enhancing the imaging process by significantly reducing acquisition times while boosting signal-to-noise ratios. This kit leverages camelid single-domain antibodies (sdABs) coupled to DNA-PAINT sites optimized for rapid imaging and high signal-to-noise ratios. The incorporation of FAST sequences significantly reduces image acquisition time by three times compared to standard methods. Each sdAB is engineered to attach precisely to a single FAST docking site, with two sdABs binding one primary antibody, providing dual docking sites per antibody. The secondary camelid sdABs' small size minimizes linkage error and enhances target protein accessibility. Compatible with both unmodified and fluorophore-coupled sdABs, the kit enhances imaging versatility.
