The Master-PUR H-F is a heavy-duty polyurethane hose specifically designed for food and pharmaceutical applications. The hose is constructed from 100% pure polyester polyurethane, which complies with FDA regulations. The spiral material is spring steel wire, optionally coated with polyurethane or equipped with a stainless steel helix. This design offers a range of technical benefits, including high tensile and burst strength, flame resistance, and a smooth inner wall that enhances flow characteristics. The hose is exceptionally abrasion-resistant and chemical-resistant, ensuring durability in demanding conditions. It is also gas-tight, halogen and plasticizer-free, and oil/petroleum-proof. Enhanced pressure and vacuum characteristics make it ideal for the transport of granules, loading and unloading of silos, ships, and trucks, particularly for materials with high bulk density.
