Arden Syntax is a language for the representation and processing of clinical knowledge in a standardized way. Our ArdenSuite is based on this syntax. The software suite is a powerful tool that will help shape the future of healthcare information technology. As it is extremely versatile and flexible, it can be applied to a grand variety of clinical tasks and has proven an effective way to integrate clinical desicion support into research projects and teaching activities. Several universities and university hospitals have already taken advantage of the benefits the ArdenSuite offers for educational and research contexts and purchased Medexter’s ArdenSuite research and teaching license, including the ArdenSuite Integrated Development and Test Environment (IDE), the ArdenSuite Server, Server Connector, and FHIR Connector.

There are no planned workshops in the near future. Please contact us, if you are interested in a workshop or training. Our last workshop was: “Introduction into Clinical Decision Support & Arden Syntax” Date: May 27, 2019 (one day prior to dHealth 2019 conference, also in Vienna, Austria). Location: FH Technikum Wien, HS A3.14, Höchstädtplatz 5 (access via Höchstädtplatz 6), Vienna, Austria. Registration: Participation in the workshop is free of charge. If you want to participate in the workshop, please register in time as the number of available seats is limited.

Our ArdenSuite IDE represents an excellent and easy-to-use tool for you to write and test MLMs. In-house MLM development may have the benefit of a close cooperation between your skilled hospital IT department and the clinical staff for whose patient care routine MLMs are written. This setup works excellently in many of our ArdenSuite installations. For those who choose this option, we additionally offer an introductory training session for MLM development as well as support by Medexter’s development team.
