LT-217B is a portable device that verifies the integrity of flexible endoscopes. Its patented system reveals accurately the leaks in the devices’ membranes, it provides information about wear conditions of the O-rings, endoscopes’ internal channels and potential twisting and holes of bioptic channels. These checks are necessary to avoid infiltrations and/or identify problems that might damage endoscopes during the washing and sterilization processes.

Automated system to assist the manual cleaning of endoscopes. ER-214™ is an automatic system designed to support operators during the manual prewashing of flexible endoscopes, so that the personnel do not have to perform daily repetitive and error prone operations. The traceability software allows to memorize each washing cycle and to store and/or print the result containing the main information, such as ID operator and ID instrument, errors, serial numbers, etc. ER-214 is a Class I medical device with autonomously performs: leak testing, chemical and water dosage, fluxing, rinsing and drying of endoscopes channels. Using the device is practical, safe, and quick and the operator only needs to perform external cleaning. The machine’s versatility also allows to work together with endoscopy’s washing sinks, autonomously managing the filling and draining of the water, dosing the chemical, avoiding waste and letting the personnel perform other tasks in the meantime.
