Mediflex sterile, disposable Port-Free Internal Retractors provide a simple,effective solution to create more space during laparoscopic and robotic surgery. The range of retractors offer secure, low-profile static or dynamic organ suspension - without interference of operating instruments or robotic arms.

The Universal FlexArm™ Plus Systems offer hands-free scope and/or instrument holding so the surgeon can focus on the procedure. The FlexArm™ provides unlimited positioning with rigid holding capability for static stabilization of instruments and anatomy – without the need for an assistant. Only FlexArm™ Plus allows for intra-operative adjustment without loosening the tension knob making repositioning of the scope or instrument quick and easy. The FlexArm™ Plus is commonly utilized in robotic-assisted surgery where static organ retraction is required — eliminating an assistant, as well as additional costly robotic components.

The Mediflex range of Lapro-Flex self-forming articulating retractors allows for convenient and atraumatic retraction of organs and tissue in the peritoneal space. These retractors can be introduced through a 5mm cannula and articulated to their shape by rotating a knob in the handle. They are available in several different configurations including right angle, triangular and angled triangular.

DynaTrac enables precise retraction for optimal surgical exposure and access. The versatile, lightweight DynaTrac Frames permit Surgical Stays for superficial retraction as well as retractor rakes and blades utilizing tilting ratchets for deeper retraction.
