The standard assortment of blister packs, Type Babuschka, with 6 sizes that fit inside one another and 6 different height systems, was developed so that customers can introduce their product on the market at short notice and without an enormous amount of testing effort. The sealing and die cut contours are predetermined, but the inner geometry and the choice of materials can be adapted to the respective requirements, as needed. Both the proportional investment in the comprehensive qualification documentation (excluding a transport test for the product) as well as the low tool costs make this system particularly attractive. The standard assortment system can be used in combination with individual blisters as well as sheets of multiples (MRP system).

Production batch quantities are getting ever smaller and the variety of components ever greater.
