MI - Model Advanced Artificial Lung Simulation - Single and Dual Adult Models
Our Lung Simulators provide accurate representations of adult pulmonary mechanics. The total lung capacity replicates a typical adult patient. If you need to create spontaneous breathing, the model is also available as a Spontaneous Breathing Lung (SBL™). The addition of the Adult Head Simulation Module (HSM-A) further expands the applications for this dynamic system.Lung Simulators
MI - Model Advanced Artificial Lung Simulation - Adult/Infant
Simulate a range of pulmonary situations for infants and children (and adults), using the Adult-Infant TTL and PneuView Lung Simulators. These devices incorporate one adult lung and one infant lung simulator in a single unit. This provides great flexibility and a range of applications for a wide range of patient populations. If you need to create spontaneous breathing, the model is also available as a Spontaneous Breathing Lung (SBL).
MI - Model SBL - Spontaneous Breathing Lung Simulator
The Spontaneous Breathing Lung Simulator (SBL) offers an updated way to create spontaneous breathing. This is available as an independent device or upgrade your current generation TTL or PneuView Simulator. Spontaneous breathing simulations are especially useful for designing, testing, and providing training on non-invasive and supportive modes of ventilation and oxygenation. The breathing is controlled using our simple and intuitive, windows-based software program.
MI - Lung Simulators, Head Simulation Modules
When used with Michigan Instruments’ Lung Simulators, Head Simulation Modules allow for training, testing, and research on devices and modalities that involve interaction with the human face. These modules also provide a great visual reinforcement of the overall simulation being created. Seeing a head on the lung simulator leads to an “Aha Moment” for many students and practitioners. With the increasing development and use of non-invasive technologies and therapies, the Head Simulation Modules expand the possible applications of our TTL and PneuView Lung Simulators.
