The PAL-650 from MicroAire® is a powerful, precision instrument designed for small- or large-volume fat extraction, body contouring and fat harvesting.

The LipoTower is a UL-listed surgical cart designed to be used for tumescent liposuction. The device features quiet, yet powerful, dual pumps for aspiration and a peristaltic infiltration pump with an adjustable flow rate. A rear-mounted I.V. pole holds tumescent solution bags and the centrally located canister rack can accommodate up to four canisters. The control panel features a touchscreen interface that displays vacuum pressure at eye level for easier visibility. The on|off function of the vacuum can be controlled by a foot pedal or (when paired with a PAL® System) controlled by the throttle switch of the PAL handpiece.
