The Melt-CUBE EVO features a newly evolved design aimed at minimizing downtime while enhancing processing capabilities. This product offers a simultaneous horizontal direct side gating solution for up to 8 cavities per cube, which eliminates scrap from sub-runners and boosts part quality. It is particularly suited for high cavitation molds used in producing deep draw medical parts, such as pipette tips, syringe barrels, and needle shields. Key features include a simplified design, gate-located tips, brazed heater technology, and a high-capacity design. The product also offers a specialized dual-gate system. For applications that require angled tips, the original Melt-CUBE is recommended.

It provides a simultaneous direct side gating solution for up to 16 cavities per Cube, which eliminates scrap from sub-runners and improves part quality. This makes it ideal for high cavitation molds that produce deep draw medical parts such as pipette tips, syringe barrels, and needle shields. The Melt-CUBE features a high capacity design and gate-located angled tips, and it utilizes brazed heater technology. Additionally, a specialized dual-gate system is available, enhancing its applicability to complex molding requirements.
