Basic CPR/First Aid

Our Basic CPR/First Aid is a 4-hour combined CPR/First Aid training program designed for the occupational first aid provider and is also available in Spanish. This extremely flexible program can help employers meet OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees how to respond and care for medical emergencies at work. We can tailor the class for your own specific needs, tell us what your own emergency plan is and we will incorporate it into the class.

CPR/First Aid for Construction

This flexible course is designed to meet the specific requirements of the worksite and includes developing and incorporating a response plan unique to every group which is then practiced as part of the course.

BASIC CPR/FIRST AID for Plumbers and Electricians

Basic CPR and First Aid for Plumbers and Electricians is a 4 hour program tailored specifically to address concerns involving medical emergencies for these industries.

Pediatric CPR/First Aid

This pediatric version covers appropriate emergency response skills and prevention strategies for the care of infants and children, as well as adults. Ideal for child care providers, youth sports coaches, teachers and parents.

Advanced First Aid / Wilderness Emergency Care

The Wilderness Emergency Care (WEC) program supports a family of courses to meet the needs of everyone with outdoor interests, from easy day trips to challenging and technical activities, including wilderness rescue.

CPR Pro for the Professional Rescuer

CPR Pro for the Professional Rescuer has been approved by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS)* and is accepted by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). The program may be used to meet the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization"s (JCAHO) Resuscitation Standard.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is intended for emergency personnel in intensive care or critical care departments and emergency medical providers responsible for the well-being of infants and children. The overall goal of the PALS course is to provide healthcare professionals with skills training in the recognition and treatment of conditions that may lead to a cardiopulmonary arrest in an infant or child. We incorporate both pre-hospital and hospital management of pediatric emergencies.

Emergency Oxygen Administration Supplement

Serious and life-threatening medical emergencies often cause oxygen to be depleted in the body leaving the victim at risk for cardiac arrest or brain damage. Emergency Oxygen administration is a simple but critical step in treating a severe or life-threatening illness or injury. This program focuses on administering emergency oxygen, and oxygen delivery devices.

Instructor Training Program

MOUNTAIN MEDIC CPR provides comprehensive Instructor training programs. All Instructor training programs meet current state and federal guidelines and will be facilitated by a Master Instructor Trainer. Individuals interested in becoming a certified CPR/first aid instructor will be required to complete a minimum of 16 hours of training and will conduct one complete course under the supervision of a Master instructor.
