Patient History
A 68 year old male being treated for short segment (1cm) Barrett`s Esophagus (BE). During a prior exam, combination therapy for recurring non-dysplastic BE by Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR) and Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) was conducted. The intent for this procedure was to assess the treatment area, in part, using the NvisionVLE Imaging System, and to ablate any recurrence of disease.

Patient History
This patient was originally referred with nodular esophageal disease that was endoscopically visible at the Castro-Esophageal Junction (CEJ). The area was treated using combination Cryotherapy and Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMRJ.  (Figures 1-3)

Pathology of the EMR sample was positive for Adenocarcinoma (Figure 4)

A subsequent surveillance ECD showed the previous EMR site, a normal GEJ. and normal distal esophageal lining. Random b

Patient History
This patient was a 68 year old man referred with short segment Barrett`s Esophagus (BE) with intramucosal carcinoma (IMC). At the referring center, previous resection of nodularity revealed Tla adenocarcinoma with negative margins. Subsequent surveillance biopsies yielded IMC, and triggered referral.

For the procedures described here, standard endoscopy with the addition of Volumetric Laser Endomicroscopy (VLE). using the NvisionVLE; Imaging Syste

Patient History
This patient was a 69 year old man with long segment (Prague Criteria C10M10) Barrett`s Esophagus (BE) with high grade dysplasia (HCD). Initial endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) specimens were negative for dysplasia. For this procedure, a surveillance endoscopy was performed to localize abnormalities using the NvisionVLE Imaging System.

Patient History
A 58 year old male presented with a history of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and long segment Barrett`s Esophagus (BE). During a prior exam, pathology returned high grade dysplasia (HGD) and suspected intramucosal carcinoma (IMCA). The purpose of this procedure was to localize areas of HGD and suspected IMCA using the NvisionVLE Imaging System and then use Real-time Targeting (RTT) to mark areas for treatment.
