The Novodiax ihc DAB 1:1 Kit is intended for in vitro diagnostic use. The kit can also be used with the Novodiax ihcDirect^® in vitro diagnostic tests and other immunohistochemistry (IHC) test applications to form visible brown color during IHC test procedures.  The ihc DAB 1:1 reagents arrive liquid, ready-to-use bottles with color coded pour-off dispense lids.  Users prepare the ihc DAB 1:1 Working Solution by dispensing equal amounts of the DAB 1:1 chromogen and the DAB 1:1 Diluent into a mixing tube and inverting.  The ihc DAB 1:1 reagent integrates beautifully with ihcDirect test procedures.

Cluster of Differentiation 45 (CD45) pHRP Anti-Human Staining Kit immunohistochemistry (IHC) reagent is for use on frozen and formalin-fixed-paraffin-embedded tissues. The CD45 antigen is a protein which was originally called Leukocyte Common Antigen and recognizes an antigen found on lymphoid cells. Anti-CD45 antibody is a useful tool for identifying tumor cells of lymphoid origin. It is routinely used to aid the differential diagnosis of undifferentiated neoplasms, whenever malignant lymphoma is suspected by morphologic clinical data. CD45 is a Type I trans-membrane protein which is in various forms present on all differentiated hematopoietic cells except erythrocytes and assists in the activation of those cells (a form of co-stimulation). It is expressed in Lymphomas, B-cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, Hairy Cell Leukemia, and Acute Non-lymphocytic Leukemia.

Cluster of Differentiation 20 (CD20) is a polymerized horseradish peroxidase (pHRP)-labeled anti-CD20 (R272) rabbit monoclonal antibody intended for laboratory use using frozen or formalin-fixed-paraffin-embedded tissues. CD20 also known as B-lymphocyte antigen, is a membrane polypeptide protein that is present in a majority of B-cells in peripheral blood and lymphoid tissues.
