OmniGuide - C-LAS Line of Sight CO2 Laser System

C-LAS joins OmniGuide’s CO2 Laser Platform Technologies as a trusted and cost- effective laser option for both hospitals and clinics. Precision energy delivery is achieved via a 7-joint spring balanced articulated arm. When paired with our suite of laser accessories, C-LAS allows you to deliver CO2 energy in a controlled, reproducible fashion regardless of application.

OmniGuide - Intelliguide CO2 Laser System

The Intelliguide laser system is a precision CO2 laser system. The Intelliguide combines with our OmniGuide Enhanced Safety Fibers and our specialty-specific handpiece instrumentation to complete OmniGuide Surgical’s advanced energy delivery system. It offers multiple modes of  operation including continuous wave, single pulse, and repeat pulse in both non-superpulse and superpulse modes. Touch screen control simplifies laser operation, enabling  programmable laser settings and single button actuation. Throughout the procedure, the system maintains a controlled flow of helium through the hollow core laser fiber, keeping the core cool and ensuring the surgical field is kept clear of blood, smoke and other fluids. The Intelliguide automates and simplifies key laser operations, promoting efficiency and safety.

CO2 Laser Systems - Flexible Fibers

OmniGuide - Fiber Base

The fiber base is a hollow cynlindrical tube made up of layers of polymer-based mirrors, which reflect the laser energy the length of the fiber. A transparent outer cladding layer is placed between the fiber base and the fiber jacket, providing  strength and enhancing durability.

OmniGuide - Fiber Jacket

The fiber jacket wraps around both the fiber base and the outer cladding, safely containing all laser energy. The jacket contains a stainless steel skeleton which makes the fiber more robust, and greatly reduces kinking.

OmniGuide - Reflective Mirrors

Multiple layers of highly reflective mirrors reflect the laser beam the length of the fiber, resulting in more efficient delivery of energy than non-reflective fibers. The mirror layers surround a hollow core, which allows for passage of helium gas and laser energy.

Elevate - ENT System

ELEVATE ENT handpieces have been specifically engineered for use in a variety of head and neck surgical procedures, and feature an ergonomically-inspired design that incorporates counterweight technology to reduce fatigue and improve surgeon comfort. A graduated cannula design aids in maintaining a clear visual field, while the enhanced bends assist in accessing hard to reach anatomy. The spatula tip design enables blunt dissection and tissue manipulation while providing enhanced haptic feedback.  ELEVATE ENT handpieces feature push button loading which allows for 1-step fiber-handpiece assembly, and are all autoclave resterilizable for multiple uses.

FlexGuide - Robotic Surgery

OmniGuide’s FlexGuide ULTRA instrumentation brings the precision of CO2 energy to robotic surgery. FlexGuide ULTRA is compatible with 5mm and 8mm large needle drivers1 – no additional robotic arm or instrumentation is needed. Its coiled design provides flexibility to accommodate full robotic wristed articulation. A 4mm spatula tip enables efficient blunt dissection and convenient estimation of distance from target tissue. FlexGuide ULTRA is autoclave resterilizable for multiple uses.



OmniGuide - Flexible Fiber

OmniGuide’s flexible fibers are inserted into the flexible coil of the FlexGuide™ ULTRA, and work in tandem with a surgical robotic platform to deliver CO2 laser energy in a minimally invasive robotic approach.
