Via Graft - Allogenic Bone Allograft
Via Graft provides cells and a three dimensional scaffold necessary for bone repair. The scaffold is comprised of a proprietary blend of microparticulate cortical, cancellous and demineralized cortical allograft bone. Optimal particle sizes range from 100-300 microns. Via Graft processing preserves a cell population that includes marrow-isolated adult multilineage-inducible (MIAMI) cells. Cell viability and functionality is preserved using a novel cyroprotectant that is free of exogenous proteins and DMSO.

ELEOS - Total Femoral System
The ELEOS total femoral system incorporates special male-male midsections designed to allow for anatomic femoral neck anteversion. The ELEOS total femoral system incorporates the identical distal femoral prosthesis, offering a 5° valgus angle to assist in the restoration of patello-femoral kinematics. This coupled with a deepened patellar groove, promotes the reduction of patellar subluxation and normal loading patterns.
ELEOS - Proximal Tibia
The ELEOS proximal tibia component is designed with a reduced profile, making for easier wound closure. Additionally, the ELEOS proximal tibia design incorporates the same, simple hinge mechanism as the revision hinge and distal femur, including a one-piece hinge with preassembled poly for both bearing and locking.

The ELEOS proximal femoral system consists of a femoral component, optional midsection, and stem. The femoral component is compatible with various femoral heads and bipolar options.
ELEOS - Revision Hinge Prosthesis
The ELEOSTM revision hinge prosthesis offers a 5° valgus angle to assist in the restoration of patello-femoral kinematics. This coupled with a deepened patellar groove, promotes the reduction of patellar subluxation and normal loading patterns. The integrity and longevity of the ELEOS hinge construct is maximized with internal/external rotation stops which are set for +/- 15° of tibial rotation. ELEOS revision hinge mechanism is simple to prep, as the construct includes a one-piece hinge with preassembled poly for both bearing and locking.

My3D - Image Processors Segment CT Scans
Every tumor, fracture, and complex revision case is different. Using My3DTM technology, ONKOS SURGICAL develops personalized implant, instrument and anatomic model designs to aid surgeons when performing operative procedures. Highly qualified image processors segment CT scans to create 3D computer models of the hard and soft (tumor) tissue. The models are then reviewed by the surgeon in partnership with technical experts to generate essential pre-operative and intra-operative surgical solutions, allowing the surgeon to better manage individual patient outcomes.
