Short humeral diaphysis; Limb Reconstruction System (55000 series) in place; osteotomy performed. Lengthening. Caution: radial nerve, open procedure for all screws.

Bone loss in humerus, treated by bone transport with 55000 series. Caution: radial and axillary nerves; open procedure for all screws.

Cemented Shoulder revision, cement removal.
