Ortholox® UHMWPE Cerclage Band System is manufactured from Medical Degree Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene material. For Ortholox® UHMWPE Cerclage Band System, very thin fibers are woven in the form of bands with a width of 5 mm and 6 mm to form a multifilament material.

Ortholox® Locking Periprosthetic Support Cable-Plate Systems are compatible with Ortholox® UHMWPE Cerclage Band System thanks to its Plate-Band Button Implant and in combination, they assist in keeping the displaced bone fragments together.

Ortholox® Locking Periprosthetic Support Proximal Femur Cable-Plates have coaxial combi-holes and have 4 to 16-hole options. In the shaft part, they are used with 4.5mm locking head screws, 4.5mm cortical screws and 5.0mm periprosthetic locking screws. In the proximal part, they are used with 5.0mm locking cortex screws, 5.0mm cannulated locking cortex screws and 6.5mm cannulated locking cancellous screws. The structure of the holes in the shaft part is also compatible with 5.0mm Insert screws, Plate-Band Button Implant and Locking Attachment Plate connection screws.

Ortholox® Locking Periprosthetic Attachment Plates have a round hole structure and have 2 to 8-hole options. They are used with 3.5mm locking head screws and 3.5mm periprosthetic locking screws. They can be attached to Ortholox® Locking Periprosthetic Support Cable-Plate Systems via a connection screw and inner screw compatible with 4.5mm screw holes. In cases where plates used for fixation in periprosthetic fractures are insufficient to hold fragments, these plates can be used as supporting implants. They ensure additional stabilization in osteoporotic bones.

Ortholox® Locking Periprosthetic Support Condylar Distal Femur Cable-Plates have coaxial combi-holes and have 4 to 16-hole options. In the shaft part, they are used with 4.5mm locking head screws, 4.5mm cortical screws and 5.0mm periprosthetic locking screws. In the distal part, they are used with 5.0mm locking cortex screws, 5.0mm cannulated locking cortex screws and 6.5mm cannulated locking cancellous screws. The structure of the holes in the shaft part is also compatible with 5.0mm Insert screws, Plate-Band Button Implant and Locking Attachment Plate connection screws.
