Parkell’s MucoHard™ is a self-cured, pink gingival-colored, hard-setting resin, packaged in an auto-mix cartridge that is more convenient and faster to use than powder/ liquid systems. The MucoHard kit includes an adhesive bonding liquid that enhances the bond to underlying acrylics and extends the life of the reline. After polymerization, MucoHard reline may be trimmed, adjusted, and polished using burs and polishers labeled for use on hard denture acrylic.

Predicta® Bioactive Core is a dual-cured, core build-up composite reinforced with zirconia nano-filler for added strength. It is available in high viscosity “stackable” and low viscosity “flowable” consistencies. Both viscosities are suitable for the reconstruction of broken-down or endodontically-treated teeth. They differ in their flowability when dispensed, as well as in their ability to “selflevel”. Depending on the preference of the clinician, either material may be dispensed using the included hand syringe plunger, or a 5 ml, 1:1 Cartridge Dispensing Gun, available separately. Predicta Core is bioactive and releases calcium, phosphate and fluoride ions, to stimulate mineral apatite formation and remineralization at the material-tooth interface. Such bioactivity is known in the field to equate to stronger bonds between the restoration and tooth, penetration and filling of micro-gaps, reduction in sensitivity.

Features: The Only FDA-Cleared Bioactive Desensitizer. Predicta® Bioactive Desensitizer is changing the way clinicians treat dentin hypersensitivity by using the elements that are naturally found in the tooth, (calcium and phosphate) and restoring them to the tooth in the form of hydroxyapatite plugs that immediately start forming in the dentinal tubules upon application. Then, over the next several weeks, even after the patient has left the office, these plugs continue to penetrate further down the tubules to create an expanded zone of protection. Predicta Bioactive Desensitizer doesn’t stop there. An additional layer of mineralization also forms atop the dentinal tubules as a result of the ongoing release of calcium and phosphate ions. This extra layer broadens the seal that protects the pain-sensing A-delta nerve fibers in the pulp from being stimulated.
