The PMA 2020-S Speaking Valve Adapter is required to attach the PMV^® 2020 to a metal Jackson Improved tracheostomy tube. This package of 3 adapters provides additional adapters in case of damage or loss of the original adapter packaged with the PMV 2020. Latex free. Made in the USA.

The PMA 2000 Oxygen Adapter is a small, lightweight adapter designed to deliver low-flow oxygen (up to 6L/min) to the face of the Passy Muir Valve. The speaking valve adapter easily snaps onto the PMV^® 2000 and PMV^® 2001, providing a portable and comfortable method of delivering low-flow oxygen to patients with tracheostomy. Latex free. Tracheostomy T.O.M. is a portable, durable polyurethane elastomer model mounted on an acrylic platform that depicts a midsagittal view of the nasal cavity with nare, oral cavity, pharynx, trachea, and upper esophagus of a tracheostomized adult. A “stoma” is provided in the lower neck area to allow for demonstration of the effect of various aspects of tracheostomy care, and tracheostomy placement issues. The nare is open, allowing insertion and placement of a suction catheter or nasogastric tube. The flexible tracheoesophageal wall allows for demonstration of the effects of an overinflated tracheostomy tube cuff on the esophagus.

The PMV 2001 Tracheostomy & Ventilator Swallowing and Speaking Valve (15mm I.D., 23mm O.D.) attaches to a standard 15mm tracheostomy tube hub. The PMV 2001 is low profile, lightweight, and purple in color for easy identification as a Passy Muir Valve. Supplemental low-flow oxygen may be delivered through the Valve by attaching the PMA^® 2000 Oxygen Adapter. The PMV 2001 Speaking Valve can be connected to a ventilator with the PMV^®AD22 Adapter or other 22mm flexible silicone adapters. The PMV 2001 Speaking Valve is packaged with one PMV Secure-It^® that connects the Valve to a tracheostomy tie to help prevent loss. Latex free. Made in the USA.

The PMV 007 Tracheostomy & Ventilator Swallowing and Speaking Valve (15mm I.D., 22mm O.D.) is designed to be inserted into standard disposable tubing in a ventilator circuit. The PMV 007 may be attached to a standard 15mm tracheostomy tube hub or connected to an in-line suction system through the use of a PMV^®AD1522 or other 15mm x 22mm step-down adapter. The PMV 007 Speaking Valve is aqua in color for easy identification as a Passy Muir Valve, and can be used on or off the ventilator. Not compatible with Secure-It or PMA^® 2000 Oxygen Adapter.
