Pattons Medical Zone Valve Boxes are built with quality in mind. Each valve includes a large color-coded gas identification label strategically placed for visibility. The boxes can be configured to hold 1 to 7 valves with or without monitoring gauges. The valve box will be constructed of 18 gauge steel complete with a baked white enamel finish. The Zone Valve Boxes shall comply with NFPA-99. Zone Valve Boxes w/ Sensor provision will also consist of one terminal block and one street elbow.

Features And Benefits: The fully-automatic universal medical and laboratory manifold offers continuous, fail-safe pressure and flow control. This manifold can be connected to liquid or high pressure medical cylinders. The manifold automatically switches from the primary bank to the secondary bank utilizing dome bias technology ensuring reliability. These regulators allow for high flow so a heater is never required regardless of gas such as Carbon Dioxide. With this manifold being electronic, it is constantly monitoring both banks pressure. The ECONOMIZER feature allows the manifold to monitor the liquid vessel not in use and utilize the gas in the vessel instead of that gas blowing out the pressure relief valve. The LOOK BACK feature works when the primary liquid vessel is believed to be empty. The manifold soft switches to the alternate dewar but continues to draw gas from the primary dewar as it builds head pressure. The reduces over 30% waste.
