Patients must be screened for eligibility requirements, and participating centers are required to upload pertinent exam information to a lung cancer screening registry in order to qualify for payment.

PenFetch automatically transfers images in advance directly to workstations or PACs to eliminate staff wait-time for images to appear. PenFetch automatically processes after-hours, before patient arrives, and/or processes walk-ins immediately. Why PreFetch with PenFetch? Save time and money. When the Radiologist opens a study to read, and the relevant prior images are not available, they have to wait while the images are retrieved from the PACS to the workstation. PenTask - Manage Tasks That Require Attention For Compliance And Tracking

PenRad’s PenTask module allows facilities to create one-time and/or repeatable tasks that require attention for compliance and tracking. In PenTask, a task can be assigned to an individual and/or to a department. Each individual or department can have a dashboard to stay current with task items assigned. Tasks that are current are green, those nearing due are yellow, and those that are late are colored in red. The manager’s dashboard can review tasks for timeliness remotely by individual, department, location and/or enterprise. The dashboard overview can provide insight into temporary assignment for vacations or absences. Common examples of pre-populated tasks in the PenTask module are; reminders for patient exam and letter printing, rectifying unresolved exams, collection of CE credits, first pass for annual audit, quarterly productivity reports, etc. Tasks for other scheduled needs can be easily facilitated.

PenDQC - Digital Qa/Qc Breast Imaging Module

PenRad’s next generation Digital QC (DQC) system automates the process of recording and calculating QA/QC data for the digital breast imaging environment. DQC tracks all FFDM, MRI and stereo modalities, as well as all reading workstations and film printers, based on guidelines established by the manufacturer and/or MQSA. Continuing Education (CE/CME) credits are also tracked. As an electronic enterprise wide solution, DQC provides centralized records thus eliminating binders and clipboards at multiple locations. The DQC application can be accessed throughout the network, as a web hosted solution or installed on a laptop.

Visualize: Vascular generates focused 3-D rendering from 2-D standard ultrasound images and effectively tracks the true lumen in arterial pathways. Visualize focuses on the lumen and residual lumen by essentially removing the other image content revealing a 3-D rendering of the active area through which the blood can flow.
