EXACTA RS is the new stem of the EXACTA family. EXACTA RS combines a unique triple tapered design with a double plasma spray coating HaX-Pore® in the mataphyseal region (300 µm pure Titanium and 50 µm HA applied with plasma spray technique) in order optimize primary stability and osseintegration.

Simple. Reliable. Exacta. Double porous coating to optimize primary stability and osseointegration. Product range: 12 sizes (standard and lateral) press-fit and cement. The EXACTA stem’s family includes cementless and cemented straight stems (Plus version) for primary implant. The stems for cementless press-fit application presents a double HaX-Pore® coating: 300 microns of pure porous Titanium and 50 microns of hydroxyapatite, applied with plasma-spray technique in order to obtain good primary stability and encourage osteoblast growth.

The femoral proximal neck anatomy presents a particular trabecular structure that implicates precise distribution of weight bearing stresses. The JUST prosthesis fits perfectly into the trabecular bone system. Following Wolff’s law, it ricreates a physological bone remodelling, utilizing the same trabecular system for osseointegration. Product range: 6 sizes.

The PROMISE S stem is characterized by an anatomical shape and reduced dimensions thus allowing a minimally invasive approach, preservation of the femoral neck and minimal bone sacrifice in the metaphyseal region. Anatomical curvature Bone sparing Physiological load support. Product range: 7 sizes anatomic press-fit and cemented.

All joint heads presents a 12/14 taper compatible with any femoral stem of Permedica. On special request, joint heads with 10/12 and 14/16 taper are also available.
