Cytogenetics Culture Medium

IV-Cell universal culture media is a Research-use only (RUO), ready-to-use, fully supplemented medium developed specifically to support bone marrow and peripheral blood cell culture for in vitro cytogenetic analysis of hematological disease. IV-Cell is a proprietary culture media that does not require the addition of any mitogens. Additionally, it enables simultaneous culturing of all four (4) hematopoietic cell lineages to solve the problem of selective culturing. One 500ml bottle contains enough media for 100x5ml cultures.

Anemia Panel

Precipio’s HemeScreen Anemia Panel offerings are in vitro medical diagnostic assays that screen for clinically actionable somatic mutations in targets of interest related to Anemia. This Research Use Only (RUO) assay is specifically designed to screen for mutations using High Resolution Melt Analysis in ASXL1, DNMT3A, TERT, RUNX1, WT1. Pre-plated plates are available for 3 and 6 samples.

Acute Myeloid Leukemia Panel

Precipio’s HemeScreen acute myeloid leukemia AML Panel offerings are in vitro diagnostic assays that screen for clinically actionable somatic mutations in targets of interest related to AML. This Research Use Only (RUO) assay is specifically designed to screen for mutations using High Resolution Melt Analysis in genes that are of clinical relevance: IDH1, IDH2, FLT3, KIT, CEBPA, and NPM1. The HemeScreen AML panel is a single test plate containing the components for one sample.
