SonoGuard sterile ultrasound probe covers provide very good visibility under sterile conditions. The disposable drape forms a protective cover over the transducer and its cable. To ensure ultrasound transmission from the covered transducer, the use of gel inside the cover is required. The gel included in the kit is applied to the patient`s skin outside the cover.

CareVis PCA is a Patient Controlled Analgesia (PCA) pump for the postoperative analgesia. With CareVis PCA the pain medication is administered as a combination of the preset continuous basal rate and the patient controlled bolus administration. The complete bolus volume can only be self-administered at defined intervals, named lock-out-time. The lock-out-time offers a non-manipulative protection from overdosing and is regulated by the flow rate of the additional restrictor at the entrance of the bolus reservoir. If the bolus is used before the lock-out-time has elapsed, a proportionally reduced bolus will be administered.
