Queen Screw machines and customizes microwave and electronic components from a wide variety of plastics, such as Teflon, Delrin, Nylon, Rexolite and Torlon. Sizes range from 0.005″ to 2″ O.D. with +/-.0002″ tolerances. Typical parts include insulators, spacers, washers, and fittings, all produced in accordance with MIC-I-45208A. We provide complete assemblies with mounting nuts machined from brass, steel, or aluminum, and contact pins machined from beryllium, copper, or brass.

Sizes range from 0.005″ to 2″ O.D. with +/-.0002″ tolerances. Secondary operations such as engraving, milling, cross drilling and slotting can be performed as required. Typical parts include ferrules, unions, compression screws, check valve housings and components, columns, electrode bodies, and a full range of fittings, seals, and spacers.
