Biocredit - COVID-19 Ag Home Test Nasal 1T Pouch

One Step SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test. BIOCREDIT COVID-19 Ag Home Test Nasal is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay intended for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 in individuals with or without symptoms or other epidemiological reasons to suspect COVID-19 infection. This test is authorized for home use with self-collected direct nasal (nares) samples using the sterilized nasal swab provided in the kit.

Biocredit - COVID-19 Ag Home Test Nasal

One Step SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test. BIOCREDIT COVID-19 Ag Home Test Nasal is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay intended for the qualitative detection of nucleocapsid (N) protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2 in individuals with or without symptoms or other epidemiological reasons to suspect COVID-19 infection. This test is authorized for home use with self-collected direct nasal (nares) samples using the sterilized nasal swab provided in the kit.

Biocredit - COVID-19 Ag Test Nasal

One Step SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test. BIOCREDIT COVID-19 Ag Test Nasal is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigen in human nasal specimen. This test is for in-vitro professional diagnostic use and intended as an aid to early diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection in patient with clinical symptoms. It provides only an initial screening test result and more specific alternative diagnosis methods should be performed in order to confirm COVID-19 infection.

Biocredit - Model pLDH/pLDH - One Step Malaria Ag Pf/Pv Test

The Plasmodium Lactate Dehydrogenase (pLDH) is an oxidoreductase. It is the last enzyme of the glycolytic pathway, essential for ATP generation, and one of the most abundant enzymes expressed by P.falciparum. pLDH does not persist in the blood but clears about the same time as the parasites when treated successfully. The lack of antigen persistence after treatment makes the pLDH test useful in predicting treatment failure. pLDH from P.vivax, P.ovale or P.malariae exhibits 90-92% identity to pLDH from P.falciparum.

Biocredit - Model pLDH/HRP II - One Step Malaria Ag Pf Test

BIOCREDIT Malaria Ag Pf (pLDH/HRP?) can detect not only HRP? but also pLDH prevailing over false negative issues that have been reported due to HRP? gene deletion issues since 2015. The Plasmodium Lactate Dehydrogenase (pLDH) is an oxidoreductase. It is the last enzyme of the glycolytic pathway, essential for ATP generation, and one of the most abundant enzymes expressed by P.falciparum. pLDH does not persist in the blood but clears about the same time as the parasites following successful treatment. The lack of antigen persistence after treatment makes the pLDH from P.vivax, P.ovale, or P.malariae exhibit 90-92% identity to pLDH from P.falciparum. HRP? is expressed only by P.falciparum. Therefore test result will be expressed as negative (some P.falciparum strains also don’t have HRP?). The variability in the results of HRP?-based RDTs is related to the variability in the target antigen.

Biocredit - One Step Dengue NS1 Antigen Test

NS1 (non-structural protein 1) is a highly conserved glycoprotein that is essential for the viability of the Dengue virus and is produced both in membrane-associated and secretory forms by the virus. NS1 antigen is present at a high concentration in the blood of dengue virus-infected patients during the early clinical phase of the disease.

Biocredit - One Step Influenza A and B Type Antigen Test

Influenza, one of the most common infectious diseases, is a highly contagious airborne disease that occurs in seasonal epidemics. There are three types of flu viruses: A, B, and C. Type A and B that cause the annual influenza epidemics in the population with symptoms such as sniffling, aching, coughing, and high fevers. Type C also causes flu: however, type C flu symptoms are much less severe.

CDV Ab - Model CDV Ab - One Step Canine Distemper Virus Antibody Test

Canine distemper is a highly prevalent, contagious virus caused by the paramyxovirus. Normally the mortality in juveniles is higher than in adults. CDV can be prevented by vaccination and CDV antibody detection is used to evaluate the immune status of a dog after vaccination.

RapiGEN - Model CHW Ag - One Step Canine Heartworm Antigen Test

Canine heartworm primarily resides in the pulmonary arteries of dogs and migrates to the heart where it grows up to 30cm in length. It is caused by a blood-borne parasite known as Dirofilaria immitis. Heartworms are transmitted by mosquitoes and with a large invasion, they can also appear in the right ventricle. Mosquitoes feeding on the infected host ingest the microfilaria which then migrates within the mosquito and can then be spread to other dogs. Canine Heartworm has a high mortality rate so it should be diagnosed and treated. The most common symptoms include fever, lethargy, tonsillitis, abdominal distension, exercise intolerance, and loss of appetite.
