The modular extrusion head can be configured with different interchangeable extrusion tools, depending on the nature and intrinsic characteristics of the materials. This allows us to have a head adapted to the needs of the materials to be extrudedr. The printing head can be configured with four different tools with adjustment movement in the X and Y.

The equipment includes syringe series and heated bed which will allow us to control temperature ranges from 0 to 120ºC in the bed and from 0 to 50º in the syringe. In the case of the syringe it would even be possible to extend this range to 250ºC in case of working with metal or glass syringes that allow working at high temperature.

PLA filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm (+- 0.03mm). Temperature: 200ºC – 220ºC. Choose the color you prefer: Yellow, purple, red, green, blue, white, black or transparent.

PCL filament with 1.75mm diameter (+- 0.03mm). Temperature: 90ºC – 145ºC.

Customized PLA or PCL filament with 1.75mm diameter (+ – 0.03mm). Temperature: 200ºC – 220ºC.

5 cc transparent polyethylene and polypropylene syringe, piston included (40 U). Plastic or polyethylene syringes with a volume of 3, 5 or 10 cubic centimeters for use with any bioprinting system. They can be purchased in bags of 40 units. Standard white pistons are included with the order of these syringes.
