Support of Packaging Development
Our packaging design department has developed more than 5,000 different packaging designs for large volume and small volume containers. Almost every day a new design is created. In our machine manufacturing facilities kocher-plastic and maroplastic we design and manufacture test and production moulds according to the specifications of our clients which often are based on our first design proposals.
After Sales Service
rommelag® after sales service is an important link with our customers throughout the world. High levels of customers satisfaction as well as lasting customer loyalty are our top priorities. Ensuring fast and safe delivery of replacement parts is an important element of our service. Our after sales service provides comprehensive services through highly qualified, professional, experienced and highly motivated staff.
Machine Qualification/Validation
Until some years ago, Blow-Fill-Seals machines were pre-accepted on the manufacturing site in an almost informal test procedure. It was only required to demonstrate that the indicated capacity could be reached and that the equipment was in conformity with the scope of supply.
Equipped To Meet Pharmaceutical Standards
Our contract filling companies holopack and maropack currently manufacture well over 2 million containers per day for customers all over the world. On approx. 45 bottelpack® packaging systems, even unsual customer requests can be realized and modifications are immediately introduced into the production process.
