Tissue-Tek® Accu-Edge® Low Profile Blades are designed for low profile blade holders and have ultra-sharp edges to deliver superior performance and durability. The cryostat blades are ideal for thin sections from paraffin blocks with soft tissue. Blades are PTFE coated to reduce friction when sectioning. Applicable for microtomy and cryotomy.

The PAXcamHD Gross Imaging System is designed to provide superb images, video stream and audio that pathologist and pathology associates always wanted for their daily work. The pathology grossing camera provides a stunning HD 1080p video view in real time, and the powerful 30x zoom range accommodates a full table view, down to small fields of view within a tissue cassette.   The zoom levels and other camera functions are controlled by footswitch for hands-free operation, using the ample presets provided.  There is no need to touch the camera for any zooming, exposure, or focus controls.

Achieve new levels of accuracy and total ease with Tissue-Tek® Accu-Edge® Grossing Tools, specially developed to ensure complete standardization of the grossing process. Consistent and standardized grossing ensures specimens are of exact uniform thickness throughout. These grossing tools include specially designed Grossing Boards available in two sizes—standard and wells—to accommodate a wide range of tissue types. Both sizes feature two adjustable wells that ensure grossing to an exact thickness.  The wells can be individually adjusted from 1.5 to 3.0 mm, using the gauges.  Integrated rulers on the standard board enable gross measurement of specimens. Tissue-Tek® Accu-Edge® Grossing Boards can be used as a stand-alone grossing area or on your current grossing station.
