The Respiratory Pathogens Multiplex Nucleic Acid Diagnostic Kit (Multiplex PCR-Fluorescence Probing) is intended for the simultaneous qualitative detection of seven types of common clinical pathogens in the lower respiratory tract, including klebsiella pneumoniae, streptococcus pneumoniae, haemophilus influenzae, pseudomonas aeruginosa, legionella pneumophila, Bordetella pertussis and staphylococcus aureus in sputum. The detection results can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of the patients with lower respiratory tract infection or suspected lower respiratory tract infection and providing the molecular diagnostic basis for the lower respiratory tract pathogen infection.
