TetraGraph - Model NMT - Neuromuscular Transmission Monitor

TetraGraph is a quantitative neuromuscular transmission monitor based on electromyography (EMG). The TetraGraph monitor stimulates, measures, analyzes and displays muscle function in surgical patients receiving neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs). NMBAs are used in almost 50% of surgical cases. Inadequate reversal of NMBAs can lead to residual neuromuscular blockade (RNMB). RNMB delays recovery and can lead to life-threatening complications. To prevent complications, quantitative neuromuscular monitoring is rapidly becoming the standard of care when NMBAs are administered.

TetraSens - Electrode Array

TetraSens electrode array has two proximal stimulating electrodes, one recording electrode and one reference electrode. The application is easy and quick. TetraSens electrode array is for single-patient use in order to avoid cross contamination. The electrodes can be applied on either hand, with the stimulation electrodes over the ulnar nerve at the wrist and the evoked response recorded from any of the hand muscles; typically, either the muscle at the base of the little finger (abductor digiti minimi muscle), or, more commonly, from the muscle at the base of the thumb, adductor pollicis muscle. TetraSens can also be placed on the FDI muscle (first dorsal interosseous). When the hand is inaccessible, the posterial tibial nerve (flexor hallucis brevis muscle), can be used for NMT monitoring.

TetraGraph - Connectivity Device

Device connectivity- data from the TetraGraph Monitor can be transferred to select patient monitoring systems, these NMT data can be integrated into existing infrastructure, allowing the uploading of patient data into the local electronic medical record (EMR).

CliniSenz - Patient Monitoring Analyzer

CliniSenz Analyzer is the future of postoperative and continuous patient monitoring in hospital environments. The system requires only small sample volumes for analysis, and CliniSenz Analyzer’s results are specific, with high precision. The Analyzer utilizes enzyme-based heat flows, which reduces the risk of interference from other compounds such as pharmaceuticals. CliniSenz Analyzer is used in tandem with OnZurf Probe and other microdialysis catheters. CliniSenz Analyzer is currently in development, and is part of Senzime Labs’ product incubator for future launch.

Model OnZurf - Sterile Single Use Product - Probe

OnZurf® Probe is a sterile single use product based on micro-dialysis technology that enables continuous sampling from gastro-intestinal organs such as esophagus, stomach and liver. OnZurf® Probe is a unique micro-dialysis catheter for clinical applications, which is fixed to the surface of the organ without penetrating the tissue and causing unnecessary organ stress. Experimental studies have demonstrated that surface microdialysis measurements from the heart, liver and intestine reflect the metabolic processes that occur inside the heart muscle, the liver parenchyma and intestinal lumen, which makes OnZurf® Probe an excellent sampler intended for monitoring purposes.
