BaseSerum is customisable to meet your specifications; selection can be made on gender and blood group (AB male available). SEQENS IVD BaseSerum is a calibrated product following a strict in-process control. Electrolytes and biochemical parameters are adjusted.

SEQENS IVD manufactures a wide range of human processed sera selectively depleted to be used as diluents or base matrices for calibrators and negative control. This range is obtained from human plasma, successively defibrinated, dialysed, delipidated and then charcoal stripped to remove specific elements (vitamin D, steroids, hormones, T3/T4, TSH). All products are 0.1 µm filtered and have a shelf life of 2 years. With this range, SEQENS IVD offers physiologic and calibrated base matrices, animal-free guaranteed.

Human plasma and off-the-clot serum are used in cell culture and as a base matrix for calibrators, controls and standards in IVD applications.
