Developed from our teams’ process knowledge and their vast multi-industry experience (food-processing, chemicals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc.), the RT valve illustrates all of Servinox’ capability and desire to develop solutions that aim to improve and secure production processes. The RT valve is a mushroom valve used to vacuum-feed powder through the tank bottom. Its flush design guarantees the lack of a retention zone conducive to bacteria growth and the formation of humid powder “obstructions”. The total clearing of the valve and its massive design (the piston rod is the same diameter as the valve itself) guarantee the total lack of powder retention in the valve. Servinox has simulation tools that can be used to size a RT valve based on the characteristics of the tank, the product and the quantities of powder to introduce.
