By ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with Human IgG. Has cross-reactivity in ELISA with Human IgG1, Human IgG2, Human IgG3, Human IgG4. May has cross-reactivity with the immunoglobulins of other species.  Has cross-reactivity with rabbit IgG, rat IgG (>10%), horse IgG (3.5%), guinea pig IgG (3.6%), human IgM (2.2%).  Minimal cross-reactivity with mouse IgG, bovine IgG.

By ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with Rat IgG. May has cross-reactivity with the immunoglobulins of other species. Has cross-reactivity with human IgG, mouse IgG, rabbit IgG (>10%), bovine IgG (2.5%), horse IgG (7.2%), guinea pig IgG (6.8%)
