Kolltronic - Standard Laser Machine

We offer the Kolltronic® standard machine as a complete solution in laser class 1 for safe and precise laser processing. The housing, the workstation, enables a comfortable sitting or standing workplace. The laser machine is characterized by high flexibility, quick set-up and intuitive operability. All basic systems can be integrated into the standard machine, so that the standard machine can be used for almost all materials. Depending on your requirements, the standard machine can be expanded and equipped very flexibly. From a larger version, to rotary axes, camera systems, to a fully automatic laser machine, a multitude of possibilities can be implemented. You can find examples of this under Laser Products.

SK-LASER - Basic Laser System

Basic systems are all laser beam sources that can be integrated into a workstation to create complete laser systems. SK LASER offers a large amount of different basic systems. With the Kolltronic® lasers you can engrave and label a wide variety of materials permanently, effectively and inexpensively. Our lasers are available in different power levels. In order to find the optimal laser for your application, we would be happy to create samples for you. SK LASER - Fully Automatic Laser System

The fully automatic laser system enables unmanned laser marking with flexible texts, data, logos and codes on different product types in bulk. The system is Industry 4.0 compatible - it can receive orders over the Internet from locations around the world. Several users can send sign production orders to the laser machine simultaneously from their workplace in-house or via Internet. The laser sign labeling machine picks the right sign from the magazine, produces the signs in the order in which the order is received, collects each order in its own container and then informs the client of the completion - fully automatically.

SK LASER - Line Integration Conveyor Belt System

We offer laser systems for different materials for integration into existing production lines. This is particularly suitable for labeling large series. All basic systems can be used for line integration. In addition to the basic systems, we offer service (training, repairs), construction, 3D drawings and software integration for line integration. The standard interfaces here include RS232, Ethernet, USB, Profinet.

SK LASER - High Power Laser System

SK LASERS high power laser range is CO2-Laser 10,600 nm are 100 Watt up to 650 Watt Fibre Laser 1,064 nm are 50 Watt up to 300 Watt. These lasers are designed for high throughput in the industrial production such as material ablation of coatings, high speed marking, cutting of thin plastics, cutting of fleece, deep engraving in metal, jeans production, kisscut label producing, perforating of carton and paper, cutting of all kind of thin layer, cable stripping, deisolation and many other.
