miR-ID assays are designed for miRNA analysis from total RNA samples Please send us your small RNA sequence or miRNA (miRbase) accession number.  Pricing depends on complexity of the small RNA.  Most commonly used miR-ID® assays cost $170. miR-ID® kit contents are sufficient for 100 RT reactions (20 ul each) and 300 PCR reactions (20 ul each).
