The Fabwell Steam Sterilizer Autoclave is engineered for applications requiring rigorous sterilization processes, predominantly in hospitals, research laboratories, and the pharmaceutical industry. Constructed from stainless steel 316, the chamber effectively withstands pressures up to 2.2 Kg/cm² and temperatures of 134°C, along with a vacuum of 650-700 mm Hg. The device features versatile safety and control systems, including automatic or manual doors and advanced PLC or microprocessor units to manage sterilization cycles. Additionally, the autoclave can operate on external steam from a central boiler or an integrated electric steam generator, incorporating safety systems like low water cut-off and pressure control. The vacuum system ensures efficient air removal, bolstered by water-ring type pumps and condensers. Accessories such as adjustable stainless steel shelves and trolleys facilitate smooth material handling. The optional rapid cooling setup aids in processing liquids, enhancing operational versatility.
