Ethypel Performance 60 gsm is a pure cellulose material with enhanced seal and peel performance thanks to chemical impregnation at the web surface. Designed for low to medium seal strength values when sealed to PA/PE or PP/PE formable flexible film structures, Ethypel Performance 60 gsm is particularly fit for packaging on Form Fill Seal machines at medium to low speed processes (1.5 to 2.0 sec dwell time with EthyForm XPA). This material provides an optimized breathability leading to superior efficiency during the EO sterilization process.

Ethypel Performance SP 63 gsm is a medical cellulose-based overall coated top web solution designed to provide a controlled and consistent sealing performance for optimized peel ability requirements when combined to films made of a PE seal layer (PA/PE ; PP/PE ; PET/PE, etc.). Ethypel Performance SP 63 gsm is made of a 60 gsm cohesive base sheeting coated with a waterbased
3 gsm adhesive layer providing a controlled sealing performance while ensuring an perfect aseptic opening (T-Peel opening angle) including a soft peeling effect. This top web solution made of more than 90% of renewable resources is also fully compliant with the ISO 11607-1 and EN868-7 standards and specifically designed for EO and Irradiation sterilization processes.

Ethypel Performance CP 55 gsm is a medical light weight cellulose-based overall coated top web solution designed to provide enhanced runnability for optimized productivity level when combined to non-formable PET/PE films. Ethypel Performance CP 55 gsm is made of a 52 gsm cohesive base sheeting coated with a water-based 3 gsm adhesive layer providing excellent sealing performances though superior reactivity while ensuring a perfect aseptic opening (T-Peel opening angle) including a soft peeling effect. Ethypel Performance CP 55 gsm, made of more than 90% of renewable resources is also fully compliant with the ISO 11607-1 and EN868-7 standards and specifically designed for EO and Irradiation sterilization processes.
