CEMENTS AND MORE
Surgival - Bone Cements for Orthopaedic Surgery
Surgival offers a comprehensive line of bone cements designed to meet a wide range of surgical applications, particularly in orthopaedic procedures like hip and knee arthroplasty. These bone cements adhere to ISO Standard 5833, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. The product range includes options for both high and low viscosity applications. High viscosity cements, such as Cement 1 and Cement Genta 1, are tailored for manual applications in procedures like total knee replacements and shoulder prostheses. Meanwhile, low viscosity cements, such as Cement 3 and Cement Genta 3, are suited for syringe applications in intramedullary fixation for bones like the femur and humerus. With decades of experience behind their formulation, these cements balance technical and chemical properties with proven functionality, contributing to their reliability and performance in clinical settings.HIP

Surgival - Karey Primary Stems for Orthopedic Hip Replacement
Karey Primary Stems by Surgival are orthopedically designed implants focusing on optimum fixation and patient anatomical adaptation. The progressive trapezoidal geometry of Karey stems enables superior adaptation with anti-translational and anti-rotational features, ensuring primary stability and preventing sinking of the hip prosthesis. The Karey range includes cementless and cemented variants, catering to different surgical needs. The cementless Karey HA options offer a variety of offsets with designs that respect natural bone geometry. The cemented variants feature a triple wedge design to enhance stability, polished surfaces for better cement adhesion, and a fine conical tip to avoid diaphyseal locking, thus maintaining the structure's distal flexibility. Designed to address specific anatomical needs, these stems provide robust performance without compromising bone integrity, critical for successful hip replacement surgeries.KNEE
Surgival GENUTECH - Primary Knee Prosthesis System
The GENUTECH DCF Primary Knee Prosthesis System is an advanced solution designed for knee arthroplasty. Developed by Surgival, this system integrates a balance of resistance, mobility, fixation, and durability, addressing both cemented and cementless applications. The prosthesis is engineered with several components, including the femoral component, tibial insert, tibial tray, and supplements, ensuring versatility and effectiveness in diverse surgical scenarios. Surgival has focused on creating a system that meets the demanding needs of surgical professionals by guaranteeing stability and long-term performance for improved patient outcomes. Designed with advanced materials, the GENUTECH system offers superior load distribution and minimized wear over time, making it a reliable choice for knee joint replacement.

Surgival - Revision Knee System
Surgival's Genutech CCK Revision Knee System is at the forefront of orthopedic technology, integrating cutting-edge biomechanical solutions specifically designed for the complexities of revision knee arthroplasties. This system addresses the critical needs of surgeons handling challenging cases characterized by prosthetic destabilization resulting from inadequate medial-lateral and anterior-posterior ligament function, as well as varus/valgus instability. Notably, it accommodates large bone defects that exacerbate these instabilities. The system requires cemented application of its femoral components and tibial trays, while recommending non-cement use for straight stems and offset designs. This ensures optimized compatibility and stability during surgical procedures. Additionally, components such as the femoral component, tibial insert, tibial tray, stems, and supplements are precisely engineered to deliver robust and reliable performance, meeting the demands of the most rigorous orthopedic surgeries.TRAUMA

Surgival RadLock - Radial Locking Plates for Radius Fractures
The RadLock system by Surgival offers a highly adaptable solution specifically designed for managing distal and proximal radius fractures. Its fixed-angle locking mechanism allows for configurations that provide strong angular stability, catering especially to bones of lesser quality. The system includes a broad assortment of plates, with strategically placed screw trajectories that ensure fragment fixation and joint support across diverse fracture patterns. This system is ideal for temporary fixation during the consolidation of radius fractures, employing various surgical approaches, including volar or dorsal techniques for distal radius and lateral techniques for proximal radius. The RadLock system comprises volar distal, dorsal distal, and proximal radius locking plates, each available in anatomical versions for right and left sides. Additionally, the RadLock screw system employs hexalobular technology to optimize torque application, ensuring the integrity of the connection during tightening and facilitating ease of screw removal. The screws are available in 13 lengths, ranging from 6 to 30 mm in 2 mm increments. This system, however, does not currently possess CE marking.
