We help optimize your device design process by offering cost-effective technical support, material samples and short lead times. Our specialty portfolio supports minimally-invasive delivery systems for the cardiovascular, electrophysiology, neurovascular, gastrointestinal/endoscopy, structural heart and interventional radiology medical markets. Products include single and multi-lumen, coextruded, striped or braided tubing. We also include market-leading acetal mandrels used for manufacturing minimally-invasive catheter shafts.

We provide medical tubing for a wide range of medical device applications including intravenous therapy, respiratory, renal/dialysis, anesthesia, diagnostic and surgical equipment. Working with a broad range of polymer materials and sizes we help to progress early concept ideas rapidly to regulated, commercialized devices. We produce multilayer and multi-lumen tubing, and we offer a range of value-added options including tapered, striped, thermally-coiled and special profile products.

Flexchem is a family of PVC compounds that have been developed as an alternative to silicone for various applications. These formulations utilize a non-phthalate plasticizer and are available in 35-65 Shore A hardness. The compounds can be extruded or injection molded using conventional equipment. Flexchem also offers excellent release characteristics, rubber-like compression set properties, good burst strength, flexibility and durability, and can be solvent-bonded. Flexchem compounds are designed to meet the requirements for a USP Class VI plastic. Complete taraceability and lot identification of all components are maintained.

Colorite® 11 series compounds are clear medical grade vinyl compounds formulated for extrusion applications. They provide exceptional clarity, superior heat stability and high flow characteristics. Colorite 11 series compounds are available in durometers ranging from 35 Shore A to true rigid and are offered in ethylene oxide and radiation sterilizable grades. Raw materials used to formulate this product line comply with Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations. These compounds also meet the requirements for a USP Class VI plastic.

CELLENE™ MC1053 is a high clarity, nontoxic, halogen and phthalate free, flexible thermoplastic elastomer compound developed specifically for extrusion applications in the food and medical industries. All components used in the manufacturing of CELLENE™ MC1053 are sanctioned by the US Food & Drug Administration for food applications under Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Compound CELLENE™ MC1053 is designed to meet the requirements of USP Class VI. To comply with the requirements of the medical industry, complete traceability and lot identification of all components and finished products are maintained.
