TODA AMNIODIAG 5 cassette ® is an immunochromatographic test on cassette allowing to detect the rupture of fetal membrane by highlighting the protein IGFBP-1 coming from the amniotic liquid of the pregnant woman. The test uses a pair of monoclonal antibodies that detect the protein from a vaginal swab.
