Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) services

The TRL Child Safety Centre is the UK’s only independent child car seat testing laboratory. Its primary goal is to reduce the risk of fatalities and serious injuries to children travelling in vehicles. This is achieved through extensive research, the application of scientific principles and world class testing.
