The 1-1/4” Monolithic Gripper Assembly is used to hold the 1-1/4” compact swaged cable during the extension and retraction strokes of the M100 ram. The grooves of the Grippers engage the cable, and the Chain Yoke assembly keeps the Grippers (TT-GRPR-114M) side by side as they move up or down in the gripper pocket. A Long Shoulder Screw (TT-FSNR-BA1000H) is screwed into the front face of the Grippers as a lower anchor point for the Tension O-ring (TT-SEAL-TOL).

The grooves of the Grippers engage the cable, and the Chain Yoke assembly keeps the Grippers (TT-GRPR-118M) side by side as they move up or down in the gripper pocket. A Long Shoulder Screw (TT-FSNR-BA1000H) is screwed into the front face of the Grippers as a lower anchor point for the Tension O-ring (TT-SEAL-TOL).

The M100 Gripper Cover Plates are a pair of steel plates that keep the Gripper Assembly contained in the gripper pocket of the bridges on the M100 Puller (TTP-HFHD-100). They are fastened to the ram bridges with a Flat Screw (TT-FSNR-BA750F), as well as a Shoulder Screw (TT-FSNR-BA500H) that acts as the lower anchor point for the Tension O-ring (TT-SEAL-TOS). Each puller takes two pairs of cover plates—one for the upper bridge, and one for the lower bridge.
