Seg-WAY ECTR-d is the first, fully disposable endoscopic carpal tunnel release system on the market designed to properly position the incision in the Ulnar Safe Zone. The new, innovative system provides enhanced efficiency and safety with the ability to perform ECTR under local anesthetic. The tray and instruments are completely sterile and disposable, and when combined with a disposable arthroscope, results in quicker setup and turnaround times. Guides available in the Seg-WAY ECTR-d kits are available in multiple diameters to best accommodate the surgeon`s preferred arthroscope size. The system is compatible with a 2.3mm disposable arthroscope, such as mi-eye angled, or a 4.0 standard arthroscope for versatility unavailable in other ECTR systems.

Seg-WAY is the first ECuTR system that allows the surgeon to safely view the entire ligament from above and below through controlled portals in the guide. It is also the only system in which the scope and the blade work independently of each other giving the surgeon a better field of view and a tactile feel. The system is designed so that the Ulnar nerve may be safely viewed and followed before the release is performed. The guide covers the blade on both sides of the ligament so as to protect any unwanted release.

Our Unique Seg-WAY Endoscopic Plantar Fasciitis System gives the surgeon greater control by allowing the blade to be elevated to the surgeon’s preference and includes unparalleled visualization. With the Uniportal approach the guide is inserted only as far as the release without damaging the entire underside of the foot.
